Always interesting to learn names of new (to me) types of alcohol. I probably also missed a couple, so if you see anything I’ve missed, let me know in the comments. I used two layers of cellophane/saran wrap/cling film with offset holes punched in them, and rubber banded them together. They are required to apply for a license, post bond, get label approval and (most importantly) pay taxes on their product. When I have distilled mead, I have called it "Mead Moonshine" when un-oaked and either "Mead Whiskey" or "Mead Brandy" when oaked.
